I turned off Power saving mode in mobile and also turned off Battery optimization for Outlook app, but did not help in resolving the issue.
OUTLOOK SIGN ME OUT OF OTHER DEVICES ANDROID
I am using Samsung Galaxy mobile and after I observed this issue, i upgraded my mobile to Android 11 as well, but it did not help.ĥ. Also I tried to register my mobile device / email account in both Microsoft Authenticator and Microsoft Azure apps, but even then observing same issue while logging into outlook app.Ĥ. Tried resetting and reinstalling the Outlook app, but did not help.ģ. Tried to login to my email account in another mobile device, but i am observing same issue in that device as well.Ģ. So, i tried the below few things to resolve the issue:ġ. However, I was able to add my official email ID successfully in "Work or school account" under Settings > Account > Manage accounts, but, when I try to login with the same account in outlook app, I am observing the above issue. Adding further, I am able to login to MS teams in my mobile successfully without any issues.
I was able to log in using my official email ID without any issues and after registering in Company Portal app i was able to login to my organization email account in MS Edge browser. Adding to this, I am observing this issue only when logging into Outlook app and not observing any issue while logging into browser (in mobile or system) or while using MS Outlook software in my system.Īs per our organization policy, we are using Intune Company Portal app and MFA is also enabled. Few days back, I changed my email account password and then I am not able to login, as I am observing this issue. I am using Outlook app for logging into my mailbox in my mobile, but I am observing issue "An error occured" after hitting "Continue" by entering my email ID.
